1. Apply an oil or mask treatment weekly.

Applying oil to the hair is definitely the Indian’s number one tip. It worked perfectly beautiful for them.

How they do it actually?? Well, I found one celebrity hairstylist (who helped Ashley Olsen grow out her asymmetric bob to past her waist) who also practiced the same thing. His name is Mark Townsend.

He makes natural oil treatment and gives it to all of his clients to use pre-shampoo.

His recipe?

  1. A cup of unrefined coconut oil
  2. 1 tablespoon each of almond
  3. Macadamia
  4. Jojoba oils.

Apply it to damp hair, leave it on for 10 minutes, then shampoo and condition like normal.

2. Say no to Towel Wrap

I know for sure a lot of women would rinse their hair by wrapping it in a towel. Very normal and very convenient.

While our hair is wet, it is very fragile and can break so easily. The hair will get caught in all the woven fibers and all those tiny, fragile strands around your face are more prone to break.

1. Protein.

Ensure you’ve taken enough animal proteins. But if you are opting for a vegetarian diet, include plenty of eggs and spirulina. 

2. Brewer’s yeast.

Brewer’s yeast is rich in B vitamins. It will help to fortify your hair. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of brewer’s yeast to your veggies

3. Prenatal vitamins.

With doctor’s advice, you can also supplement your diet with a high-quality whole-food prenatal vitamin.  It helps your hair growth and hair quality.

4. Go dairy- and wheat-free.

Cut out dairy (particularly cheese) and wheat to lower your chances of inflammation.
